This original clock is inspired by Palio, a typically Italian horse riding competition that dates back to the age of free Italian municipalities; still today a consolidated tradition in many cities. Two towers with their respective flags represent the districts, a runaway horse and immediately we find ourselves in Siena, in Tuscany, where this tradition is still the main event of the year, in town and not only.
The cuckoo clock is part of the exclusive collection Storie d'Italia (stories of Italy), a true triumph of Made in Italy craftsmanship that combines the charm of modern design with surrealist and metaphysical inspiration.
A collection that is not simply a series of cuckoo clocks, but also tribute to Italian cities and their timeless history, an invitation to explore the intersection between art and design through the contemporary eye of Italian craftsmanship.
The peculiarity of each cuckoo is to be made with elements already used by the manufacturer in the production of the most diverse objects, real ready-made in some cases finished and painted by hand, which magically combine with magnets, allowing art and design lovers to create their own personal artistic composition.
