A symbol of Christmas throughout Italy, Panettone has become one of the most loved Christmas cakes in the world.

To celebrate this great Italian tradition, we have created a limited edition of 100 pieces made in collaboration with MO.MA.

One of the most famous creations of Haute Patisserie, MO.MA.'s panettone is made by chef Alessandro Petito, a rising star in the firmament of international patisserie.

This king of leavened sweet breads requires a complex process regulated by a set timetable and temperature and including four leavening times. The perfect porous structure on the inside holds precious little cubes of Calabrian candied orange and Sei Corone raisins, combined with and enhancing aromatic hints of butter and vanilla.

An extra-rich aromatic fragrance and a perfect balance of tastes and textures for the most extraordinary panettone.

INGREDIENTS: 

Classic mix (type “0” soft wheat flour, sugar, powdered butter, emulsifier: e471, skimmed milk powder, salt, dextrose, powdered whey, flavourings) Levipan, strong flour, egg yolk , water, yeast, butter, sugar, raisins\candied fruit, panettone flavouring;

Coating: ready icing, granulated sugar, vegetable fat (palm), rice flour, modified starch, almond flour, malted wheat flour.

Allergens: contains gluten, milk and milk-based products, egg, nuts.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

TMC: 90 days; Product weight approximately 1kg.
