Plissé is a collection dedicated to fans of timeless shapes in design, art and fashion. The electrical appliances in the Plissé collection have an unmistakable soul and look. In the same way that pleated fabric lends volume to a garment, the surfaces of the Plissé collection are conceived and designed to become timeless sculptures, small pieces of domestic architecture based on an exclusive design, like sophisticated haute couture fabric.
In the words of Alberto Alessi, “With its shape, defined by the folds of a technique that is quite old but still very much in use today, Plissé is a pure example of an industrial culture that has evolved, encapsulating design method, technology, experimentation and poetry.”

MATERIALS: Thermoplastic resin body with a power indicator light, toasting adjustment knob, lifting lever, CANCEL, DEFROST and BAGEL buttons, and a crumb tray. Finished off with a brioche warming rack in 18/10 stainless steel and thermoplastic resin.
FEATURES:
The elongated double compartment allows up to four slices of bread to be toasted at the same time. Ideal for simultaneously preparing a breakfast or snack to share with family or friends.
The brioche warmer can be used to keep toasted slices of bread warm, or to warm up croissants, pizzas or other baked goods.
Up to 6 levels of browning, for sweet and savoury dishes at the touch of a button.
