CHRISTMAS BREAK

All Orders placed between 20th December 2016 and 8th January 2017 will be processed on 9th January 2017 due to holiday closures in Italy and the UK.

UK & US DELIVERIES

Orders placed by 11 December for products in stock will be shipped on the same day or the day after, if an order is placed after 12 noon.

Pre-Christmas delivery of products not in stock cannot be guaranteed if orders are placed after 4 December.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

While we always strive to accomodate our clients, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for international orders placed after 4 December.

Certain countries with tighter custom controls and of more difficult reach may subject to further delays.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Certain bespoke or made-to-order products have longer delivery times. However, if bought as Christmas presents, a personalized email can be sent to the recipient of the gift to inform them their special gift is on the way.

All you need to do is to add the code CHRISTMAS as a note to your order. We will then contact you to ask you for details of the recipient and, shoud you wish, a personalized message.
